The Role

Support the supplier process from onboarding to payment, to deliver an excellent experience for 3rd parties whilst maintaining robust controls and optimising the organisation’s cash flow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day on-boarding of suppliers and partners, including due diligence and assisting with contract co-ordination
  • Support the implementation of a supplier payment process
  • Ensure supplier accounts are fully reconciled and monitored
  • Ensure the he third party risk management framework is maintained including SYSC 8 requirements
  • Work with business stakeholders to ensure future expenditure is recognized through P2P process
  • Ensure all payments are supported by the appropriate level of authorization & governance
  • Propose and implement enhancements to the P2P process
  • Ensure all appropriate policies are implemented and understood by the Asto team
  • Provide analysis of supplier and payment performance
  • Deliver compliance to any tax requirements
  • Provide support to the Senior Finance Manager in delivery of overall team goals

  • Supported processes efficiently and knowledge of the appropriate controls
  • Implemented company policies accurately and appropriately
  • Educated other team members of on the importance of procurement processes

Qualifications

  • Good grades obtained at Senior school
