The Role

Support our office infrastructure which includes Office 365, MDM, Laptops (Mac, Windows), identity and access management for several SaaS tools via active directory. As well as printers and A/V enabling the company to collaborate effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

•End user device set up and support.

•Hardware and software troubleshooting

•Identity and access management to all SaaS tools

•Microsoft Active directory and Intune administration

•Antivirus administration

•Mobile device set up and support

•Assist staff with 0365 related issues

•Troubleshoot all Asto team technology issues

•Respond to service desk tickets within a timely manner

•Provide Team Members with IT training

•Audio visual support


•Experience in an enterprise IT 1st line support role, including providing support for Mac and windows computers, mobile devices and printers.

•Experience in administering windows 10 and Microsoft teams for enterprise.

•Previous experience with relevant tools, e.g. Active Directory, Exchange The full Office 365 suite, Intune Mobile device management, Anti-virus software, Duo, Jira/Confluence.

•Understanding of TCP/IP protocols.

Personal Skills

•Good communication and customer service skills.

•Passion for developing and learning.

•Interested in growing knowledge of technology.

•Self sufficient and ability to meet required SLA’s.


•A degree in Information technology/computer science or cloud related Microsoft qualifications desirable.
