The Role

The Head of Engineering role will lead the engineering organisation to deliver customer experience across all our system. You will evolving our culture and engineering practices, lead hiring, mentoring and success for our people, so that we become an employer of choice.

Role and Responsibilities

In this role you make sure we have the right skills and knowledge in house, through hiring and training and that we enhance where necessary through external resources. You are driving alignment across all squads, resulting in shorter time to market.
