Sadly, the Asto app will be shutting down on 6th June 2021. We will be closing the app down in two stages. From 6th May 2021, registered users won’t be able to create, edit or send invoices or capture expenses using the app.
You’ll still be able to access and export your existing sent invoices and recorded expenses up until 5th June 2021. This gives you time to export and email yourself copies of your sent invoices and uploaded expenses for your records. From the 6th June 2021, the Asto app will be completely shut down and you’ll no longer be able to log in. Please note, draft invoices can’t be exported. You’ll need to issue them before 6th May 2021 if you want to export anything currently in draft.
To make sure your business operations and bookkeeping aren’t affected by our closure you’ll need to find an alternative invoice and expense management tool before 6th May 2021.
Here are some tips to make sure it’s easy for you to export your invoices and expenses before we go.
How to export your invoices
To get started go to your invoices tab and find the export button.
Press the export button and we’ll email you your sent invoices. You have the option to download them as either a pdf or a csv file. The link to download your files will expire 24 hours after we send it to you.
How to export your expenses
To get your recorded expenses, go to your Expenses tab and find the ‘Export’ button.
Tap this button and we’ll email you your expenses with the option to download a CSV file of the data and the images of expenses as PNG files too. The link to download your files will expire 24 hours after we send it to you.
